Late Fees & Cancellations

Payment must be made 24 hours in advance. If I do not receive payment I will assume that the session is cancelled. When canceling a session the therapist must be given 24 hour prior notice so that the time can possibly be filled with another client. If 24 hour notice is not given, the full session fee will be billed to the client regardless of the reason.

There is the possibility of scheduling longer multiple hour sessions, for example, two consecutive sessions would be 1 hr and 40 mins.

Forms of Payment

I am not currently connecting to any health insurance providers and can only accept private payments. I accept payments through bank transfer or PayPal payments. I am able to write invoices and there is the possibility that your insurance company would reimburse you.
